Description
IGF-1 LR3 (Long R3 Insulin-like Growth Factor-1) is a modified version of the naturally occurring IGF-1, engineered with 13 additional amino acids at the N-terminus and an arginine substitution at position 3. These modifications dramatically reduce binding to IGF-binding proteins (IGFBPs), resulting in a much longer half-life and significantly greater bioavailability and potency compared to native IGF-1.
